Beautiful Saturday in AZ

It’s going to be close to 80 degrees today.  You seriously can’t beat this shit.  This is the best time of year to be living in Arizona.  The weather is beautiful, the girls are half naked, and driving around with your windows down just puts you into a better mood.

The TV leads start on Monday and if I don’t start closing these fuckers left and right I guess that’s pretty much it.

I can keep trying out different sources and blowing my money but they are all fucking trash as far as I’m concerned.  The companies I know of that are established and successful have already been that way for several years, so they were able to get in at a time when there wasn’t this issue with leads.  Since they have so many active clients they can ride this shit out if they need to.

I’m so fucking close, god its right there.  I just need that ONE month where I generate 2-3k of fresh business that month.  If I can do that, I can make it over this hump and start building significant momentum.

The fucked up thing is the months that I’ve had in which production was decent, all of the deals I brought in were smaller so it didn’t make me that much money anyways.  If just one of those months were comprised of decent sized deals, I probably wouldn’t be in the situation I’m in right now.

Monday, I start the calls.  If things are looking good, refill next week.  After that see how everything is going and figure out what I’m going to do.  If I’m closing deals like crazy I guess I can refill, although I’m apprehensive about that since my funds are limited.  If I don’t watch that shit like a hawk, I’ll blink my eyes and my bank account will be at ZERO.

So I’m at the office right now, about to head to the gym.  Afterwards just going to relax and kick it either by the pool or stroll down to the local pub and throw back a couple.

This upcoming week I’m going to be much more aggressive on the phone as well.  I really don’t care anymore.  At first I was apprehensive about pushing people but now I know that I won’t get anywhere doing what I’m doing.  I was way too laid back and not closing hard enough.

I’ll leave you all with a final quote before I head to the gym;

“We miss 100% of the shots we don’t take.” – Wayne Gretzky

Come Monday, it’s on…
